Indonesia's first row in the dataset — GPON fiber ONT/router, standard-issue for IndiHome home fiber subscribers; exact hardware varies by installation (ZTE/Huawei/FiberHome units all deployed), so no single shared default applies, matching the ISP-generic pattern of the already-seeded Türk Telekom and Jio rows. Telkom's own consumer help article states: "Pada modem baru, informasi login biasanya tercantum pada stiker perangkat atau diberikan oleh teknisi saat proses instalasi" ("On new modems, login information is usually printed on a sticker on the device, or provided by the technician during installation").

Factory reset

Hold the recessed reset pinhole on the rear of the ONT/router for ~10 seconds to restore factory defaults; login credentials revert to the value printed on the device's sticker.
