The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
PureFibre/copper gateway supplied by TELUS across Canada. Admin UI at 192.168.1.254, username admin, password printed on the side of the modem under 'GUI Access' — device-unique, not a shared static default, per TELUS's own support article.
Factory reset
Locate the grey Factory Reset button on the back of the device. Using a thin object (pushpin, paper clip, or toothpick), press and hold the reset button until the Internet light turns red, then release. The modem restarts automatically — allow up to 10 minutes.
