The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Netherlands' first row in the dataset — Ziggo (Netherlands' largest cable ISP) issues every SmartWifi Modem/Connectbox with a unique per-device password rather than a shared default; the same password also unlocks the SmartWifi app. Official Ziggo klantenservice: "Log in met het wachtwoord van je wifi-modem of wifi-router. Dit staat aan de onderkant van het apparaat." ("Log in with the password of your wifi modem or router. This is on the underside of the device.")

Factory reset

Press and hold the recessed reset button with a pin for a few seconds, wait about 5 minutes for the device to restart, then log in with the password printed on the sticker on the underside of the device (factory reset restores this label password).
